Settlement Details

Cash App users who were affected by the company's alleged negligence, misrepresentations, and breaches of contract could be eligible for a payout of up to $2,500 as part of a $15 million class action settlement.

Eligibility and Deadline

To be eligible for the settlement, users must have had a Cash App account between January 23, 2018, and May 17, 2023. The deadline to file a claim is May 18, 2023.
